“W” and I decided to do the CrossFit WOD

body weight bench press, reps to failure
pull ups, reps to failure
I didn’t go down with a plan and so nothing really worked… oh well. I messed around with Box Jump Burpee ups, which are a lot cooler when somebody else does them. I just flopped around. When I faced away from the bar I ended jumping backwards for the pull up, just awkward. I’ll count today as active rest.
